Brenna began her acting career at age 9, performing in local theatre productions and school plays. Soon afterwards, she signed with an agent and booked commercials for companies such as Mattel, Coca Cola, Mercedes Benz and Burger King, filming a total of 19 commercials in 16 months, before moving on to film and television roles.
Her first film role was in Scooby Doo Too at the age of 12 and from there went on to guest star in such films and television shows as Supernatural, The Dead Zone, Stargate SG-1, Masters of Horror, Alice I Think, X-Men: The Last Stand, Psych, Kyle XY, Life Unexpected and The Haunting Hour, as well as a lead role in Zixx: Level Two, for which she was nominated for a Leo Award as best actor in a children’s series. This was quickly followed by an ABC pilot, The Middle, alongside Ricki Lake and a Nickelodeon feature film entitled Gym Teacher: The Movie, starring Chris Meloni and Nathan Kress. Other film credits include Waterfront Pictures horror flick Fear Island with Haylie Duff and Aaron Ashmore, Insight Film’s Phantom Racer with Greg Evigan and Nicole Eggert, Universal Pictures feature film Charlie St. Cloud starring Zac Efron and the independent feature film by award winning director Patricia Riggen, Girl in Progress, starring Eva Mendes and Cierra Ramirez.
Brenna is an accomplished voice actor, having worked as a guest star as well as lead roles in several anime series, including Dragonball Z, Hamtaro, Inuyasha and Elemental Gelade. She was a lead voice in the Marvel animated feature, Next Avengers – Heroes of Tomorrow, Marvel series, Iron Man: Armored Adventures and Nintendo’s Dragalia Lost.
